Q : Dear Teacher Sondang, Congratulations you won gold medals in CMA Teacher Online Awards. How is your feeling?
A : I feel good, happy and proud to be one of the teachers selected for awards gold medal of teacher online competition model CMA Mental Arithmetic held last month .Ranked 2nd in Indonesia first top 5 world makes me happier , although a little surprised to get in the top 5 worldThank you for the Lord Jesus , thank you to CEO CMA Menthal Arithmatic Indonesia Miss Prescella Ang, create my work team at CMA Citra Garden 6 and special for my husband who already understand and very supportive of my work and career .
Q : Did you guess that you will win this award before?
A : I previously had not expected because of the time 15 days before the competition ends, the support of my husband and the team working at CMA Citra Garden 6 that made me get up and want to provide the best for the CMA Citra Garden 6 and CMA Indonesia
Q : Tell me your experience as long as you work at CMA Mental Arithmetic Indonesia?
A : My experience is not so much because I am still relatively new teachers because there is no one year to join the CMA. But during joined CMA Indonesia, I felt an incredible experience, there must be a happy and sad but overall I am proud because all the teachers are very cooperative, good team work and glad to have a very good CEO, Miss Prescella Ang.
Q : What is your opinion about ” A Good Teacher “?
A : A good teacher is a teacher who teaching with a heart. A good teacher is a teacher who do not only teach but also educator and role model for students
A : How do you teach children and solve the problem at class?
Q :Taught with patience ,compassion and whole heartedly for the work carried out whole heartedly will give maximum results. Although sometimes there are students who are spoiled , lazy homework, moody which made me a little tired but if the child is in the learner with a good , patient and affectionate , and there are changes for the better in the child , then there is a sense of pride for me and tiredness teaching it would pay for itself
A : What is your vision and mission?
Q : Vision : to make CMA Menthal Arithmetic in Indonesia better and make valuable contributions to CMA
Mission : to teach students with patience, in order to make students enjoy learning mathematics, cultivate the spirit of the students that learning math is easy.
