Mom, Make sure you don’t discipline babies and very young toddlers, who have the inability to understand what they did and why it was wrong. Children at this age are also generally incapable of deliberately disobeying.
The discipline or punishment won’t help, and it will only hurt and confuse your baby. The best thing you can do with babies and very young toddlers is to gently but firmly say “no” to the misbehavior, and redirect their attention through a distraction.
