  1. Submit the Confidential Application Form
  2. Attend CMA Teacher’s Training Course
  3. Further discussion at CMA Indonesia HQ (in PIK) to understand CMA product and business philosophy
  4. Review and Finalise Authorised Centre Agreement, including Site Selection
  5. Signing of Authorised Centre (Franchise) Agreement. Payment & Deposit to be effected
  6. Finalise the Authorised Centre Opening Schedule
  7. Finalise the Staff’s & Teacher’s Training Schedule
  8. Project Implementation (including fit-out works, marketing, on-the-job training and preparation for Centre’s opening)
  9. Opening of the Authorised Centre
  10. After-Franchise Service and Continuous Assessment on Centre’s operation and Staffs Training
