Q : Hello, Teacher Siska. How are you?
A : Hi, I am feeling Great, Mr Deni
Q : As we know, You are awarded as The Best CMA Teacher of the year. How is your feeling?
A : So, I am feeling happy absolutely
Q : Uh ya, Did you guess that you will win this award before?
A : No, I really didn’t guess it before
Q : Would you mind telling me your experience as long as you work at CMA Mental Arithmetic Indonesia?
A :Okay, As long as I work here, I always try to do my responsibility as to the Lord, I do everything that I can do and try to learn everything that I can’t.
Many thanks to Mrs. Prescella Ang as our CEO of CMA Mental Arithmetic Indonesia who already entrust a center ( Harapan Indah, Bekasi ) to be managed by me. I got many lessons in teaching, managing here
Q : That’s very awesome, Teacher Siska. Now I want to know your opinion about ” A Good Teacher “?
A : Okay, In my opinion about ” A Good Teacher ” is someone who loves the students as she loves herself. Her loves come from the deepest heart
Q : Anyway, As a Best CMA Teacher, How do you teach children and solve the problem at class?
A : First, I always try to teach student with love, eventhough sometimes their attitude make me dissapointed. I take few moments to tell them what were their mistakes which made me dissapointed. Then, I would ask them to promise that they wouldn’t do those mistakes again. Finally, I hug them.
And when I have to teach students when their moods are bad, So I must to make them feeling happy first. As example, I speak a different voice to teach them ( such cartoon voices ) and then show them a funny face of me. I do that because when i was a child, I never like a Math, because I couldn’t calculate as fast as my friends. My teacher would angry with me and punished me. So that is why I have an idea to teach the children that Arithmetic or Mathematic is a fun subject and the Match teacher is very kindly.
Q : At last but not least, What are your Vision and Mission?
A : Okay, My Vision is I want every children can calculate quickly and they are not scared to study Math. Then My mission is making children interested in Arithmetic or Mathematic by studying at CMA Mental Arithmetic Indonesia
